WebCubitts in Shoreditch has been a true gem for me ever since I first walked into their store asking for advice on new glasses. From the very beginning, their customer service has been impeccable. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and friendly. They helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that suited my face and my style. WebCubitts always seem to select the perfect property and location for their stores...and illustrator to bring them to life! ;)

WebExcellent customer service from Cubitts. I damaged the arm of my glasses so it needed replacing. Customer Services were incredibly helpful and sent me a postage label for the repair workshop. The glasses were back within a week and the cost was only £25.
