I notice that the large plots in Shirogane are not the same size as say the large plots in other other residential area's of Lavender Beds, Goblet, and Mist. I measured in steps that my character took (walk mode) starting from the edge of house or potential house to the fence. The only plot better than 30 in Mist is arguably 5 (Large) but 30 is probably best medium house in the Mist and one of the better Mediums in the game. Mist 5/35 being the only Grade 1 Large house in the game speaks volumes as to how good the location is.
