WebDec 13, 2024 · FITC-Ms and FITC-CMs (100 μL) containing 100 μg/mL FITC were added to each well. At 4 hours posttreatment, cells were washed with PBS to remove free FITC-Ms and FITC-CMs and then harvested for flow-cytometry analysis (BD Biosciences, San Jose, CA, USA). The fluorescence intensity of FITC in the cells was detected in the FITC channel.
