WebAug 5, 2015 · Most likely it is the fuel evap hose that carries fuel vapors to the carbon canister or whatever a Honda has. I'd term that a fairly dangerous fuel vapor leak. Obviously it prompts the 'loose cap' code and etc. because the car senses a loss of vacuum pressure. You'll need to get that fixed.
